The contract
The submission of an order to purchase goods via the web site is a contract between the submitter (customer) and Pensacola 325 (UK) LTD. Quotations for multiple items are valid for 30 days from the date of reply. Order cancellations must made within 48 hours on submitting your order. If this is not adhered to there may be a charge for cancellations depending on how far the order has been processed.
Payment Terms
Payments may be made by Debit card or credit cards – Visa or MasterCard online via our secure payment facility from Google checkout. No goods will be dispatched until payment has been received in full. All goods remain the property of Pensacola 325 (UK) LTD until payment has been received in full.
Shipping & Delivery Terms
Standard delivery will be arranged by our courier or by Royal mail depending on size/quantity of order. There is no guarantee regarding arrival dates. We will endeavour to dispatch goods within 21 days of order being submitted. Every effort will be made to deliver within our estimated 21 day window however we cannot be responsible for loss arising from failure or delay due to circumstances out of our control.
